Taxi driver dies after being thrown out of vehicle in Klia2 crash

PUTRAJAYA, May 1 (Bernama) — A taxi driver was killed after being thrown out about 10 metres from the automobile he was driving on the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (Klia) 2 exit early this morning.

Selangor Fire and Rescue Department director Norazam Khamis stated the state Fire and Rescue Department’s operations centre acquired a name at 6.14 am this morning from the general public about an accident on the Klia2 exit involving two autos.

He stated the equipment was instantly mobilised and arrived on the scene at 6.24 am earlier than the rescue operations ended at 6.50 am.

“An accident involving two autos brought about the 38-year-old taxi driver to be flung out of his automobile as his automobile skidded off the street. He was confirmed lifeless on the scene by the Health Ministry (MOH) medical officer.

“Another victim escaped uninjured,” he stated in an announcement right here at present.
