Saifuddin, Myanmar’s NUG Foreign Minister meet in Washington

KUALA LUMPUR, May 14 (Bernama) — Malaysia’s Foreign Minister Datuk Seri Saifuddin Abdullah had an off-the-cuff assembly with Foreign Minister of Myanmar’s National Unity Government (NUG), Zin Mar Aung in Washington D.C. on Saturday.

In his Twitter posting, Saifuddin stated he expressed Malaysia’s assist and solidarity with the folks of Myanmar and stood able to work in direction of restoring peace and democracy within the nation.
