Evacuation Convoy Leaves for Villages in Kherson Oblast


A convoy of buses and ambulances left Dnipropetrovsk Oblast on April 21 to attempt evacuations from three villages in Kherson Oblast. Local media reported that the convoy was leaving from Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. Vilkul told local media that Russian troops had promised a ceasefire and unimpeded passage through checkpoints on the route.
