A convoy of buses and ambulances left Dnipropetrovsk Oblast on April 21 to aim evacuations from three villages in Kherson Oblast. Local media reported that the convoy was leaving from Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. Vilkul informed native media that Russian troops had promised a ceasefire and unimpeded passage by way of checkpoints on the route.
