Australians have ‘conflict fatigue’: Albanese

Opposition Leader Anthony Albanese says he wants to work with state and territory governments as he accuses Prime Minister Scott Morrison of “always looking for a disagreement”.

“I think Australians have got conflict fatigue,” Mr Albanese told Sky News Australia.

“My opponent is always looking for an argument, always looking for a disagreement, never looking for a solution.

“I think really people are sick of a government that has ‘wedgislation’, as I call it, looking to wedge the Opposition rather than legislation.”
